This print has been inspired by a few books I’ve read, but the one that really stood out was Rapt by Winifred Gallagher. It’s all about how you have control over what you focus on. With today’s world of social media, advertising and TV it’s hard to really live in the moment and ‘Pay attention’. There are many benefits of paying attention to our present and I wanted to create a print which captured this.
